Sagamihara, a designated city in northern Kanagawa, is a residential and industrial city in the southwestern Tokyo suburbs that blends nature with city life. Its north borders Tokyo’s Machida; its south meets the Sagami River and the Tanzawa mountains, rich in greenery.
