• Richbay Ownership: Unless otherwise stated, all website content, branding, logos, design elements, text, graphics, software, code, proprietary algorithms, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Richbay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Richbay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business use. 4. AI-Generated Content and User Inputs

• User Inputs: You retain ownership of any data, text, prompts, or materials you upload or submit to our AI systems ("Inputs"). You grant Richbay a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to process, host, and use your Inputs solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Richbay hereby assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest (if any) in and to the text, images, or code generated by the Services based on your Inputs ("Outputs").
• Nature of AI: You acknowledge that AI-generated Outputs are inherently probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, biases, or unintended results. You are solely responsible for independently verifying and evaluating the accuracy, legality, and suitability of any Outputs before relying on them.

5. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party websites, platforms, or services (e.g., third-party LLMs, payment processors, hosting providers). Richbay does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your interactions with third parties are entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

• Disclaimer of Warranties: THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RICHBAY, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, BUSINESS LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF AI-GENERATED INACCURACIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Richbay and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, or costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Richbay's primary operations are registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
