In France, all company formalities are filed through the Guichet unique (operated by INPI), and companies are entered in the Registre national des entreprises (RNE) and the trade and companies register (RCS). Companies must file annual accounts, keep their registry entry up to date, declare beneficial owners, and report changes through the same one-stop portal.
