Canada does not yet have a standalone digital nomad visa, but under its Tech Talent Strategy it allows remote workers to stay as visitors (typically up to six months per entry, with policy allowing up to a year) while working for a foreign employer. A dedicated federal digital nomad visa has been under consultation. You still enter as a visitor (visa or eTA); confirm the current policy with IRCC.
