The Netherlands has a dedicated start-up residence permit (one year) for non-EU entrepreneurs building an innovative business, working with a recognised, experienced facilitator (mentor). You and the facilitator must be registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KVK), and you need an innovative product/service, a step-by-step plan and sufficient funds. The IND processes applications.
